Refund policy

We review eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Because many Lighthouse Gospel Gifts items are made to order or printed after purchase, returns are not automatically accepted and must be approved before anything is sent back.

To start a return request, contact us at biblesongplus@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Approved product returns only
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval may not be accepted. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Made-to-order items
Many Lighthouse Gospel Gifts items are made to order or printed after purchase. Because of this, we may not be able to accept returns for preference changes such as size, color, or buyer’s remorse once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. We will review it and help with a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution when applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, final sale items, gift cards, and items returned without prior approval. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges for made-to-order items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we will review the issue for a replacement or other appropriate resolution when applicable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have a right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, subject to applicable law and product eligibility. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected an approved return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at biblesongplus@gmail.com.
